Terms of service
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These terms apply when you use evenbed.app or the Evenbed app. By using either, you agree to them. Questions: hello@evenbed.app.
What Evenbed is and isn’t
Evenbed is a habit tool that helps healthy adults keep a consistent sleep schedule. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Its scores, sleep age, jet lag figures and AI insights are estimates for general wellbeing only. If you have trouble sleeping, are very sleepy during the day or think you may have a sleep disorder, see a doctor.
Your account
You must be 16 or older. Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Subscriptions
Evenbed Pro is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Free trials turn into paid subscriptions unless you cancel before the trial ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow Apple’s and Google’s policies.
Waitlist and referral rewards
Joining the waitlist is free. Referral rewards apply to genuine sign-ups by real people. We may withdraw rewards earned through fake or automated sign-ups. Rewards are delivered at launch and have no cash value.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service. That means no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no access to other people’s data, and no use for anything unlawful.
Our content
The app, website and their content belong to Evenbed. You keep ownership of the data you enter, and you let us process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Liability
We provide Evenbed “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
